No matter the reason, the common denominator for people pursuing therapy is change. People want something to be different in their lives. I work with children, teens, and adults to help create lasting changes. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, acute and chronic illness, loss, major life transitions, and trauma.
