I'm not your typical therapist. My private practice is dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the intricate, beautiful and
sometimes messy world of romantic relationships and family life.
My practice is also centered around trauma. With over a decade of experience and expertise in four
trauma-informed models, I help individuals move forward and heal from the complexities of trauma and
symptoms of anxiety and depression that often accompany unresolved trauma.
